Received my UA46C7000 today Excellent service from the team at 1st audio visual. By far the cheapest on the market, and rapid delivery, proved outstanding the system itself is brilliant, sound is excellent. but menu too complicated for old fogies like me and the missus.

I took the option to pay for my TV through bank transfer where the funds were transferred within 3 days; the next morning I had conformation of payment and the products were dispatched that evening. I was playing with it the day after that. 1st Audio Visual kept me up to date with the progress of my order as it moved through the system.I was so impressed that I went back to them a couple of weeks later to get a Blu-ray player. I was at work when delivery was expected so I put a note on the door saying deliver it to the neighbour which the couriers duly did. Within an hour of delivery I had a call from 1st Audo checking this was in order. I thought this was brilliant service as I couldnt afford time off work and felt reassured by the call many thanks

Great service, saved loads compared to high street prices. Would definitely buy from you again. All sorted really quickly and I was kept fully informed at all stages. Delivery team made an error though and did not deliver on the time you said, Something about the courier sent the TV to Shellharbour first instead of Wollongong. They did sort and deliver at a time suitable for us , and somebody kept on informing us of the situation so it was okay
