Most goods are dispatched in 1-3 working days and delivered anytime between 9-6pm. You will be emailed the day before delivery and if you are out when the 3rd party courier arrives, they will attempt another delivery the next day. If again no-one is home, then it is up to the receiver to contact and organise another time.

We endeavor to deliver all items within 3 to 5 working days subject to availability. There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and delivery may be more than 7 working days. Should this problem arise, we will e-mail you updates on the progress of your order. Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.
