Most goods are dispatched in 1-3 working days and delivered anytime between 9-6pm. You will be emailed the day before delivery and if you are out when the 3rd party courier arrives, they will attempt another delivery the next day. If again no-one is home, then it is up to the receiver to contact and organize another time.

Important Notes:

At the point of delivery you may be asked for identification such as a passport, recent utility bill, driving license or bank statement. We endeavor to deliver all items within 3 to 5 working days subject to availability. (free delivery to Queensland and New South Wales.)

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and delivery may be more than 7 working days. Should this problem arise, we will e-mail you updates on the progress of your order. Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday.

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
