If you would like to view the status of your order, please log-in
- On the account information page you will see the orders that you have placed, select the order you wish to track and click the track button.
- You can follow what is happening to your order and who is dealing with it. You can add your own comments or questions at the bottom of the order simply by typing into the comments box and pressing update.
- One of our staff will then be able to reply to you promptly.
Please note that due to the very high numbers of daily orders and multiple 3rd party couriers we use, we are unable to provide customers with a tracking number. We can only do so if your goods do not arrive on the day they were due. Please wait until the end of the day (goods can arrive up to 8pm at busy times) and if they have not arrived, please log-in to your account and let us know. One of our sales representatives will e-mail your tracking number and you can use the links above to track your order.
